Shipping Areas

We ship to customers within the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size.

2. Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

• EU standard shipping: 2–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

4. Returns Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Create an RMA via our support page
• Return the product within 14 days after notification
• Products must be unused and in original packaging

5. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method

6. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery (where applicable)
